Description:
The turbine vacuum pump is composed with independent pump head, speed increase components, motor and base. The pump head is composed by impeller, all the diffusers and volute. The pump head is a cylindrical structure, which is equipped on the two sides of the gear case. When running, the slow rotor and high-speed gear are driven by the motor through diaphragm coupling.
