A1:It depends on your fans size and paper gsm.
For reference: 190gsm+15pe, 7oz, roughly 270000pieces.

3: How many cup bottom are needed to match one ton cutting &
printed paper?
A3: Usually, the ratio is about 1:0.25 (means 1 ton paper need
about 0.25 tons bottom paper). Different cup size, different gram,
the ratio may different .
4. What about the materials? Is it food grade?
A4:Our materials are food grade paper with food grade PE coated .
