Introduction
According to the characteristics of the rig and different methane
conditions. We adopt a more suitable tooth type, bearing structure,
sealing method and inclination angle of the claws. Water cutting,
good sand recovery can effectively reduce sand collection, and the
cone is made of heat-coated anti-wear alloy to reduce wear. The
unique cone anti-falling design prevents cone falling accidents
caused by bearing damage. The perfect welding process prevents
damage to the seal and bearing system due to over-jumping. The bit
body adopts a spiral design, which has good performance of stable
sand return, improves the opening speed, and reduces the repeated
rock breaking by the cone.
