Product Description:

This year a series Intelligent Panel Bender was introduced. This fully automated Panel Bender is designed and produced according to the highest precision in machine tool engineering standards. It is suitable for mesh, corrugated, hollow, and various flat or special shapes of workpieces. Moreover, it provides additional functions like an automatic reposition, oblique reposition, double C-axis rotation, with an expanded application range which is convenient and reliable. Its overall performance is very stable.

Feeding and Positioning Method:

Pressing arm is the feeding method, and Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools is the positioning method.

Standard Axis Quantity and Suitable Material:

The standard axis quantity is 15, and stainless steel, aluminum panel, cold panel, and other metal materials are suitable.

Metal Sheet Thickness and Panel Size:

The metal sheet thickness ranges from 0.35 to 3.0mm, and the max panel size is 2000*1500mm.

Material Requirement and Functions:

Suitable for mesh, corrugated, hollow, and all kinds of flat panel or special shaped work piece. The functions are automatic reposition, oblique reposition, improved C axis rotation speed and accuracy, standard power hinge knife, and special tooling structure and pneumatic upper pressing tooling which can bend more thicker panel.
