Automatic high speed large bag vertical packing machine 5kg 10kg

Main Features:

1. BS-420 can automatically complete following work: material feeding--multi-head weigher weighing--date coding--bag

making--filling--gas injection / exhaust (optional)--bag sealing--output counting-- conveying finished products.

2. Integrated bag former, human interface touch screen, imported PLC, independent temperature controller, more suitable

for different kinds of product.

3. Multihead weigher available of 2 head, 4 head, 10 head, 14 head and 24 head.

4. Imported servo driver and motor. Ensure machine long service life.

5. Full machine made of stainless steel 304, food grade.

6. Optional device: metal detector, weight checked, date printer, turntable.

Applications:

Suitable for puffed food, roasted nuts & seeds, potato chips, candy, cake, dumplings, biscuits,

pasta, dried fruit, pet food, frozen food, different kinds of granule or irregular product.
