Konmax Slush Machine Description:
A slushie machine is made up of lots of components that ensure your
customers get their delicious treat.
The most important components are in the cooling system, as this is
what turns the liquid mixture into frozen slush.
A refrigerant (the chemical that is used to keep things cold) is
turned from a liquid into a gas in the evaporator. This is an
endothermic reaction, meaning the refrigerant absorbs the heat
around it, making the slush machine cold.
This reaction cools the syrup past freezing point to the perfect
3°C and it begins to form the slush. But how come it doesn’t freeze
solid?
The answer to that lies in the delicious compound that makes slush
taste so good; sugar.
The sugar in the syrup acts as an antifreeze, preventing the frozen
water molecules from bonding so instead of an ice cube, there are
small ice crystals. This is why the ratio of syrup to water is so
important.
The final part that makes slush possible is the mixer. This moves
the slush mixture around the bowl evenly, so all the mixture is
cooled all the way through. The constant movement also helps to
make sure the slush doesn’t freeze solid.

The inside of the evaporator is made of 304 grade stainless steel, and the inside is made of pure copper and copper pipes. The cooling speed is fast. The snow melting time only needs 30 minutes, which saves time and is more efficient.
Independent temperature control switch
The multi-cylinder machine adopts an independent temperature
control switch, which can independently control the refrigeration
of each single cylinder, match the work of the cylinder according
to the sales force, and design with different tastes to reduce
loss.
Enlarge the water box
Enlarge the water receiving box, which is more convenient to use, can carry more leaking materials, and is cleaner and more hygienic.
Cooling and ventilation panel
The louvered heat dissipation and ventilation panel on the side of
the machine is both beautiful and good for heat dissipation.

How to use - SLUSH MACHINE
Make sure bowls are on tight on the machine
Fill jugs with water to the water line, add bottle of juice (5
water to 1 juice). Shake to mix.
Pour mix into bowl to the max fill line on machine
Turn machine on. (see instruction page for settings)
For DAYTIME:
-make sure machine is on freeze mode (snowflake/ice) and night mode
(water/no ice) is off
-make sure augers are turned on
-make sure power switch is on
NIGHT TIME:
-leave on power and auger switch (keep augers on all the time
unless machine is off) unless in place where gets cool at night
-make sure freeze mode is off and night mode (water/no ice) is on
Note :
To prevent the scratches on the stainless steel body during
transportation , we have covered it with a white films .If you do
not like it when you rip on the off after you get it .
1. Sugar is essential when you use the drink machine and do not
just use water during the procedure .The sugar content should not
be less than 13% with the sucrose and less than 22% with maltose
.Meanwhile ,after receiving the machine , you should better use it
after 24 hours later .
2. When making the cocktail , alcohol can not exceed 7 degrees .
