LC APC patch cord is one pieces of fiber optic cable (yellow jacketed) with its end installed with LC APC connector.
For single mode fiber, you can choose to use G652D, G655, G657A1, or G657A2. (price ranged from low to high)
APC connectors are usally in single mode. (exception could happen)
