Hummus Filling Process

1. Bottles are arranged on the conveyor belt to begin the process.
2. As each bottle arrives at the designated position, it is filled by a servo motor-driven piston.
3. The next step involves corking and sorting the bottle caps.
4. Caps are then applied using pressure.
5. Bottle caps are securely screwed on.
6. Labels are automatically applied to both sides of the bottle.
7. The process concludes with a final inspection of the seal's appearance.

Filling Head
The hummus is loaded into the material cylinder from where a piston pushes it into the measuring cylinder. The hummus is then transferred to the filling pipe by the piston’s movement. As the bottles progress along the conveyor belt into the filling machine, the filling head descends to commence the filling operation. Once filled, the bottles continue on the conveyor belt to the capping station. (The filling process is designed to prevent leaks, the number of filling heads can be adjusted based on your requirements, and the diameter of the filling head is tailored to fit the mouth of your barrel.)

Control Panel
The control panel is a critical component of the filling machine, equipped with a touchscreen, a power switch, and an emergency stop button. By selecting the appropriate program, the filling process is activated.
