When you confirm a bad battery, there are several options available to you. First is you can go OE and get a battery from the dealer, which is not a cheap option. You will, however, get the highest quality battery that money can buy. Second, you can buy an after-market remanufactured battery. This option is likely to save you some money but at the cost of some quality. The outfits that “rebuild” these batteries are trying to match and exercise used battery modules to create a good battery unit. This is hard to do.
When the battery is out of use, please make sure the switch is off, otherwise, it may cause leakage. When the battery is not used for a long time, make sure the battery is open circuit that the positive and negative poles are completely disconnected from other devices. When the battery with the charging device is in storage, ensure that the static current of the charging device is very small (recommended less than 5μA), prevent the loop of the battery and the charging device. The battery been over discharged for a long time shall result in liquid leakage, disable to charge, and it is difficult to restore the performance. Battery mixing is strictly prohibited neither with different charged states for the similar batteries nor for a dry cell, other battery of different sizes, or brands.

The SOC of our battery pack is 60%~80% when leaving the factory, in long-term storage, battery should be stored in a charged state (usually the SOC is 80%). Have a charge and discharge maintenance to battery pack when the storage time is over 6 months or battery module’s voltage is 15V,to prevent the battery performance’s decline caused by the self-discharge.
