Nconel625 is a brand of alloy with a density of 8.4 g / cm3 and a melting point of 1290-1350 ℃. It has excellent corrosion resistance to inorganic acids and various corrosive media in oxidation and reduction environment.
Alloy 625 shows excellent corrosion resistance in many media. It has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion and corrosion in chloride medium.
This alloy has the following characteristics:
1. When the temperature reaches 40 ℃, it can show good corrosion resistance in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution
2. Good processability and weldability, no post weld cracking sensitivity
3. Have the manufacturing certification of pressure vessels with wall temperature of - 196 ~ 450 ℃
4. It is certified by NACE (mr-01-75) and meets the highest standard grade VII for acid gas environment
