4.Feature
Compared with tungsten carbide, PDC roof drill bit has the following advantages:
The consuming cost of PDC roof drill bit is low, while it is highly efficient. When the rock hardness f=6~8, the average ROP of the PDC roof drill bit is 4+ times that of the cemented carbide rock bolt bit.
When using PDC roof drill bit, the efficiency of drilling could be largely improved, and in ther meanwhile the longevity has been lengthened several times. When the rock hardness f=6~8, the average unit price per meter of tungsten carbide roof drill bit is 7+ times that of PDC.
