Product Introduction
The oil-immersed transformer is one of the important pieces of
equipment in the power supply and distribution system of industrial
and mining enterprises and civil buildings. It reduces the 10(6)kV
or 35kV network voltage to the 230/400V bus voltage used by the
user. This type of product is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz,
three-phase maximum rated capacity 2500kVA (single-phase maximum
rated capacity 833kVA, single-phase transformer is generally not
recommended), can be used indoors (outdoor), when the capacity is
315kVA and below Can be installed on a pole, the ambient
temperature is not higher than 40℃, not lower than -25℃, the
highest daily average temperature is 30℃, the highest annual
average temperature is 20℃, the relative humidity does not exceed
90% (ambient temperature 25℃), altitude No more than 1000m. If it
is inconsistent with the above conditions of use, appropriate quota
adjustments should be made in accordance with the relevant
provisions of GB6450-86.
Features
1. The transformer iron core greatly reduces the no-load loss and
no-load current, and the iron core is bound to ensure the tightness
of the iron core and reduce noise.
2. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free
copper, and the low voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt a
double-layer cylindrical structure. 630kVA and above adopt
double-spiral or quad-spiral structure, and high-voltage winding
adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure.
3. The transformer connection group uses Dyn11 to reduce the impact
of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power
supply.
4. The transformer is a fully sealed structure, which prolongs the
service life, does not need to hang the core and is free of
maintenance.
5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard.
After this series of transformers are transported normally, the
relevant parts can be installed without core checking, and the
acceptance test can be carried out, and they can be put into
operation after being qualified.

Performance characteristics
a. The low-voltage windings of oil-immersed transformers generally
adopt a cylindrical structure with copper foil around the shaft,
except for the small-capacity copper wires; the high-voltage
winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure to balance the
ampere-turn distribution of the winding and cause leakage. Small,
high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance.
b. The iron core and the winding are each adopted with fastening
measures. The fastening parts such as the height of the device and
the low-voltage lead are equipped with self-locking lock nuts, and
the non-suspending structure is adopted to withstand the shock of
transportation.
c. The coil and iron core are vacuum dried, and the transformer oil
is vacuum filtered and oiled to minimize the moisture inside the
transformer.
d. The oil tank adopts corrugated sheet, which has a breathing
function to compensate for the volume change of the oil caused by
temperature changes, so this product does not have an oil
conservator, which obviously reduces the height of the transformer.
e. Because the corrugated sheet replaces the oil conservator, the
transformer oil is isolated from the outside world, which
effectively prevents the entry of oxygen and moisture, which leads
to a decrease in insulation performance.
f. According to the above five points of performance, it is ensured
that the oil-immersed transformer does not need to be changed
during normal operation, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost
of the transformer and prolongs the service life of the
transformer.
