Product features and advantages
1. The electric translation table adopts a direct driven linear motor for the positioning of the translation table. Compared with the traditional displacement table driven by guide screw, this technology has obvious advantages.
2. The electric translation table does not have the problem of elastic deformation in the screw drive system, which can ensure more complex and precise positioning trajectory, shorter setting and travel time, higher repetition accuracy and faster servo response.
3. The technology of electric translation table has no rotating inertia and can obtain higher acceleration and traveling speed.
4. The electric translation table eliminates the wear problem of rotating parts, has higher reliability, longer working time and service life, longer maintenance interval, and greatly reduces the use cost of users.
5. The direct drive linear motor of the electric translation table has a high-resolution encoder and can adjust the speed. This linear motor and other components can be specially treated and have vacuum compatibility for vacuum environment.
