The electric linear platform system has the advantages of long
life and high degree of automation, and is increasingly widely used

Features and advantages of electric linear platform:
1. The electric translation platform is positioned by a direct
drive linear motor. Compared with traditional guide screw driven
displacement tables, this technology has obvious advantages.
2. The screw drive system of the electric translation workbench
does not have elastic deformation problems, which can ensure more
complex and accurate positioning trajectory, shorter setup and
travel time, higher repetition accuracy, and faster servo response.
3. The electric translation platform has no rotational inertia and

Application of electric linear platform in the fields of
testing, control, measurement, and instrumentation
The electronically controlled linear platform is of great
significance in the fields of measurement, control, and measuring
instruments. One of the most common applications in industry is
production line parallelism calibration, which requires not only a
collimator but also a translation table, because the collimator can
only determine whether a straight line is parallel. However, for
the testing of the entire product, the autocollimator is generally
placed on an electronically controlled translation table, and the
parallelism of the entire production line can be detected by
sliding it once along the direction of the production line.
The electronically controlled linear platform can also be used for
XY calibration tables, infrared sensor testing, positioning
thermocouples to measure temperature curves, laser triangulation
calibration, mass spectrometers for in-flight measurements, optical
detection systems, positioning CCD, and photomultiplier tubes.
