  • Mono PERC Half-Cell PV module offers better temperature-dependent performance, less shading effect on the energy generation, lower risk of hot spot.
  • Excellent Anti-PID performance guarantee limited power degradation for mass production.
  • High transmittance glass and cell surface textured design ensure excellent performance in low-light environments (e.g. early morning, dusk and cloud, etc).
  • Full production completed by automatic equipment and production line to eliminate human errors. 
  • Certified to withstand: front side max. 5400Pa; rear side max. 2400Pa. 
  • Light design with typical electrical parameters and split junction box with separate connectors for easier installation.

Who we are?

FINERGY Solar Tech headquartered in Wuxi, PR China, is a spin-off of Delin Group. FINERGY launched 3 international certified workshops in the industrial park which produce both mono and poly crystalline solar panels. With the development of emerging market, we enlarged the capacity of solar panels production to 800MW per year.
