RHP300 Series High-Efficient Hydraulic Multi-Cylinder Cone Crusher
1.Description
RHP300 multi-cylinder cone crusher is a new multi-cylinder cone
crusher, by absorbing and digesting foreign technology and
combining with the actual situation of production the crusher has
been optimized and improved by our company. The equipment has a
higher production capacity and better product size.
2.Advantages
1. Combining the best crushing cavity, large eccentricity, best
swing frequency and lamination crushing principle, the performance
of the RHP300 cone crusher is more stable, resulting in greater
output, higher productivity and better product shape.
2. The fixed shaft design can make the main engine load larger than
normal.
3. The discharge method is adjusted by hydraulic rotation to make
the machine faster and more convenient.
4. Reliable hydraulic protection makes the main engine running more
reliably and safely.
5. Special sealing method ensures the cleanness of lubrication
system.
3.Working Principle
When the RHP300 cone crusher works, electric motor drive the belt
pulley or the gear shaft to rotate, drive shaft and cone body make
the eccentric shaft periodically oscillating and rotating around
the center axis. After the material enter into the crushing
chamber, they are continuously striking, grinding and squeezing
under the interaction of eccentric shaft and concave until the
material reach the required granularity, and then discharged from
the lower outlet.
