Durable Horizontal Mining Ball Mill For Mineral Ore Beneficiation Plant

Performance features:

1. When the diameter of the ball mill is less than 3200mm, its conventional configuration is using rolling

bearing instead of bush sliding bearing, energy saving 10% - 20%;

2. When the diameter of the ball mill is more than 2700mm, its conventional configuration is using slow

driving device for installing liner and maintenance;

3. When the diameter of the ball mill is less than 1500mm, its conventional configuration is monolithic large

chassis, then reduce installation requirements and shorten installation time;

4. When the power of ball mill is less than 110 kW, it uses cage asynchronous motor; When the power of

ball mill is more than 110 kW, it uses wire wound asynchronous motor, when the power of ball mill is more

than 400 kW, it uses high voltage (6 kV or 10 kV) asynchronous motor or the TDMK series high voltage (6

kV or 10 kV) synchronous motor;

5. Drum feeder, Spiral feeder and Joint feeder are available for meeting different working condition;

6. The gear lubrication mode has grease lubrication, thin oil lubrication and automatic oil mist lubrication

for meeting different working condition;

7.The bearing lubrication has manual and electric grease lubrication pump for automatic lubrication;

8, There are a variety of liner plates type to select. Compared to A series standard type, B series energy-

saving type can save energy 10% - 20%.

Description:

The mining ball mill is composed of feeding department, the material department, rotary department,

transmission department (reducer, small transmission gears, motor, electric control device) and other

major parts. Hollow shaft with steel castings, lining systems, rotary big gear are all by roll teeth processed,

the cylinder has wear-resisting lining, and good abrasion resistance. This machine is smoothly operated,

reliable.

Application:

In the mining machine field the most important equipment is the mining ball mill, the machine can be used

in gold ore, copper ore, iron ore, zinc&lead ore, limestone, gypsum, sand, slag’s grinding. Materials only

after being grinded to the required fineness and then fully mixed interaction, which makes the products to

some strength, grinding is an important procedure in the production, it needs large power consumption in

grinding process, mining ball mill is generally the largest capacity equipment in factory.

The ball mill host includes cylinder and liners made of wear-resisting material inside cylinder, the bearing

to support the cylinder and sustain the rotating, also driving parts, such as, motor and transmission gears,

pulley, v-belts, etc. About that leaves parts, generally are not the main component, in the feeding part can

be said inside spiral leaf, in the output part can be said spiral leaf. Also in the auxiliary equipment if using

a spiral conveyor there is a part called spiral leaf, but strictly speaking, it’s not ball mill parts.
