Synthetic Mica

synthetic mica is produced by hot melting method according to the chemical compositions and inner structures of natural mica.
Synthetic mica forms through heating, melting, cooling and crystallization of several mineral materials. It has advantage of
smoother surface, higher whiteness and purity. Synthetic mica is free from heavy metals that are harmful to human body .
Therefore, synthetic mica is widely used in military industry, electronics and chemical industry etc.,becoming an important raw material for many cutting-edge products.Pearlescent pigment is produced from Synthetic mica scrap.

Application

1. Used in heat insulation paint, anti-corrosion paint and fireproof coating.
2. Synthetic Mica is the raw material and functional material for pearl pigment and cosmetics.
3. It can be used in fire-fighting dry powder, protecting layer of welding rods, conducting wires and electric cables.

4. It can be taken as a filler, shelter, lubricating substance, drawing of patterns in special plastics, rubber, asbestos products and sealing materials.
5. It can also be used as a filler in degreasing agent of cosmetics, in insulating materials of high-frequent electric waves and acid-durable products.
6. It can be used as coating in models of forcasting metal, the brightening material in aluminium and paint in electroplating bath.
