1. Ore Dressing Equipment  Sawtooth wave jig specifications and detailed parameters are as follows:

Because of its large processing capacity, wide separation size range, high recovery, good effect, it is widely used in the separation of sand gold, tin, tungsten, lead, zinc, antimony, manganese, diamond, iron ore and other non-ferrous metallurgy mines and gold mining ships. The jT4-2, JT1.5-2 type sawtooth wave large particle jig of this kind of products, the maximum particle size of ore feeding can reach 30MM, using the screen on the screen to discharge ore. It is applied to the beneficiation of barite ore, manganese ore, iron ore and so on. It has the advantages of wide size range of ore and significantly reduced water supply under the screen.

The traditional jig is mostly driven by circumferential eccentricity, and its jig pulsation curve is mostly sinusoidal. Because the rising and falling water velocity and action time generated by diaphragm movement are basically the same, it is not conducive to the loosening of jig bed layer and the stratification of ore particles according to specific gravity, thus affecting the separation ratio and recovery rate of equipment.

Zigzag wave jig is an energy-saving gravity separation equipment developed and improved on the basis of traditional jig according to the theoretical stratification law of jig bed layer. Its jig ging pulsation curve is zigzag, which makes the rising flow faster than the falling flow: the rising time is short and the falling time is long; It overcomes the defects of sinusoidal wave and pulsating curve jig in rising and falling water flow and the same action time, enhances the looseness of the bed, alleviates the inhalation effect, makes the heavy ore particles in the minerals fully settle, and greatly improves the separation ratio capacity and recovery rate of the equipment. Compared with sinusoidal jig , Sn 3.01%, W 5.5%, Pb 1.63%, Zn 2.04%; The water consumption is reduced by 30%-40%, the floor area is reduced by 1/3, and the stroke can be adjusted, because the electromagnetic adjustment motor is used to drag the stroke can be stepless adjustment. 2. Ore Dressing Equipment jig Product parameters

(1) Overview of double bucket diaphragm jig

Double bucket diaphragm jig is divided into left and right jig surface two types. This jig is a fixed sieve. Suitable for the separation of metal ore, such as tungsten, gold containing placer, tin ore, etc., can be used for the selection of fine materials, can also be used for the selection of coarse materials, the maximum ore feeding particle size of 6-8mm, but in the individual case of the separation of placer, the maximum particle size of 12mm.

(2) Structure and usage instructions of double bucket diaphragm jig

LTS300×450 double bucket diaphragm jig structure is composed of: fuselage, transmission device, water separator, diaphragm and latch and other main parts, the body has two sizes of hopper, each diaphragm hopper is divided into jig area and diaphragm area with the bottom partition. jig ging process depends on the rubber diaphragm for up and down reciprocating motion caused by the medium (water) to carry out. The motor drives the big leather wheel through the triangle belt to rotate, so that the connecting rod on the eccentric shaft moves up and down, and the rocker arm connected with the connecting rod also moves up and down, and there are two connecting rods on the rocker arm connected to the rubber diaphragm, so that the diaphragm gets up and down reciprocating movement, jig ging.

According to the grain size of the treated ore, the stroke of the connecting rod can be changed and different stroke can be selected to obtain the best jig ging effect. The method of changing the punching times is to replace the small leather belt wheel. There can be two kinds of punching times: 322 times/min; 420 beats per minute. The stroke selection method is to loosen the set screw and nut, pull out the locating pin, and rotate the relative position between the eccentric adjusting sleeve and the eccentric shaft. There are 11 different strokes (0-25.3mm).

Due to the addition of a sieve on top of the working sieve, the jig can be used to handle materials with uneven particle size. (Note: this screen can not be supplied according to the order requirements) selected raw ore is sent into the jig ging chamber, due to the agitation of the diaphragm, the ore particles in the medium are stratified according to the specific gravity; Fine and heavy ore particles through the gap and sieve of artificial bed particles, set in the jig bucket storage, the upper coarse and light ore particles (minerals) by the medium flow to the end of the sieve discharge mouth, because the position of the latter jig chamber is 50mm lower than the former jig chamber, so the light ore particles overflow through the tail plate of the former chamber and enter the latter chamber, and be jig ged again. The height of tail plate position can be adjusted according to the need to control the size of ore discharge. The concentrate in the storage and discharge hopper is discharged from the discharge pipe periodically.
