1. Introduction of centrifugal superfine mill of Ore Grinding Mill

Centrifugal superfine mill (superfine mill for short) is a new generation of superfine mill equipment developed by our factory on the basis of advanced powder making equipment at home and abroad. Can replace Raymond mill, smooth production of ultrafine powder, fineness can be adjusted between 80 mesh -1500 mesh.

 

2. Characteristics of centrifugal superfine mill  of Ore Grinding Mill

(1) Small noise, small vibration;

(2) high pressure, much fine powder;

(3) Uniform wear of ring and roller, long service life, 3-5 times of ordinary Raymond mill;

(4) Suitable for hard material processing;

 

(5) The iron content of micro powder is low;

(6) Can operate continuously, during the operation does not affect the roller bearing room oil filling;

(7) Small power consumption, high efficiency, convenient installation and maintenance;

(8) There is no scraper feeding in the mill, and the failure rate is low.

 

3. Centrifugal superfine mill scope of application:

Centrifugal ultrafine mill is mainly suitable for barite, calcite, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, marble, gypsum, refractories, quartz stone, glass, ceramics and other minerals whose hardness is not greater than 9.3, humidity below 6% of the high fine powder processing, particle size between 80 mesh -1500 mesh arbitrary adjustment.
