Composition of Mineral insulated cable
Mineral insulated cable is a kind of cable which uses annealed copper as conductor, dense magnesium oxide as insulation and annealed copper pipe as sheath. If necessary, it can be squeezed with a layer of plastic outer sheath around the annealed copper sheath. For specially required occasions, a layer of low-smoke halogen free sheath can be applied.

In special high temperature occasions, the long-term working temperature can be up to 250℃. At 950-1000℃, it can continue power supply for more than 3h with the short or very short period, working temperature can reach 1083℃.
The minimum allowable bending radius of mineral insulated cables conforms to a range of certain times of the cable diameter.
