O' Ring Inspecting Machine VOC600 is an innovative 2D optical measuring system, which is designed for manufactures of O Rings, Silicone, O-rings, seal kits and other pliable materials. This optical measuring machine is typically used in the sealing industry and automotive industry
With producing an extremely sharp and clear image on the projection screen, the operators can see all of the OK and NG details on your work pieces.
Features & Advantage
• Overhead illumination allows a large, conveniently positioned
screen so that projected images can be easily traced or compared
with a template
• Digital readout protractor screen (including zero setting,
ABS/INC switch) for easy and error-free angle measurement
• The standard oblique surface illumination unit provides clear and
bright images,allowing easy inspection of non-reflective
work-pieces such as plastic parts or printed materials
• The optional optical edge detector eliminates human error that
may be associated with visual alignment, ensuring fast, accurate
and consistent measurements, regardless of operator skill
• The optional measuring software allows easy and convenient
operation
