Description:

1. Install the ICT in each meter position to test three-phase meters with closed current and voltage measuring circuits (I-P links).

2. The meter test system can measure mechanical meters, electronic mechanical meters, and electronic meters through automatic, semi-automatic, or manual operations.

3. Meters being tested: 3P4W, 3P3W, 1P2W.

4. Testing modes: active power, reactive power, cross-connected reactive power.

5. Simultaneously measure meters with the same specifications but different meter constants.
