Description:

HNAS-02 Metering Current Transformer Automatic Test Line is integrated automatic conveying equipment and the automatic intelligent test system for current transformer. The system adopting the Automation, intelligence, information technology, is used to connect the stereoscopic warehouse storing the current transformers, realizing automatic convey, load and unload, test and sorting and labeling of current transformers. Meanwhile, the system, via User Information Management Platform, communicates with production scheduling platform, downloading the test plan and uploading the test results and packaging information.

Specialized turnover boxes used for storage and conveyance of CTs.The robust turnover boxes are suitable for stacking on layers, increasing operation efficiency.
Gantry robots perform stacking, unstacking, relocation, and reallocation of turnover boxes.Multi-DOF robot is used to load and unload single pieces of current transformer.
Robust pallets for conveying current transformers, convenient for testing the CTs without removing the pallets.Check the data plates, S terminals, and appearance defects.
Insulation withstand voltage test module/testing position, simultaneously performing the tests of CTs such as insulation resistance, power frequency withstand voltage, secondary-earth isolation (for multi-winding CTs).Basic error test module/testing position, performing the tests of CTs such as secondary winding's turn-to-turn insulation, basic error, magnetic saturation.
All the testing modules/testing positions are suitable for manual test operation as well.Sorting and labeling function to distinguish the defective and qualified CTs according to the results of appearance test, insulation voltage withstand test, and basic error tests.
Conveying management software, testing software, control software, communicating with the master computer (production scheduling platform for exchanging the test information).User-friendly human-computer interface graphically displaying the status of the system and test results.
Good scalability of all testing modules/testing positions.5 test modes available with a test capacity of one line 150 thousand pieces of CT a year.
