Roll Turning Lathe is a professional horizontal lathe machine used for turning steel roll in the steel manufacture company. It can be used for machining not only the facing in lathe, threading, inner hole, but also the cylinderity, tapping, groove of steel roll, shaft, cylinder, etc

This roll CNC Lathe can be equipped with 2 cutting tool carriages and double operation panels with 2 kinds of CNC Control System , one is SIEMENS , Another is PLC control. In this way, the operator can choose different operation method, the cutting tool carriages can be also operated at the same time.

7. Rough & finish machining is achieved in the cnc lathe machine with SIEMENS or FANUC cnc control system

8.Tailstock is electrical control with pressure display, which obtained our national patent.

9. The operation panel is PLC Control with our special design which obtained national patent, the operation is easy, like CNC  but cheaper and easier than CNC Control.
