1. Technique and quality control: 44 staffs responsible for quality management, including 3 senior engineers, 5 engineers and 36 quality control personnel. 100% inspection before shipment.
2. Heating treatment system: Aichelin nitrogen-based protection roller hearth furnace automated lines (imported from Austria). It ensure the hardness of bearing meet the standard, 58--64HRC.
3. Material of bearing components can greatly affect the performance and reliability of rolling bearing. Konlon bearing rings and balls are made of high quality of GCr 15 vacuum-degassed bearing steel. We also use high quality of grease.
