The insulated sandwich panels produced by this continuous
production line are mostly used as the exterior/external carved
metal wall panels with bricks/wooden decoration patterns; as the
interior/internal decoration carved thermal insulated metal wall
panels; as the PU garage door panels;
The whole production line is divided into PU insulation part and
roll forming part.
The whole line will be running fully automatically through the
control of PLC system including inverter, encoder and HMI.
The whole production line is used for continuously making sandwich
panels with one layer of pre-painted steel coils or aluminum coils,
the other layer pre-painted steel coil or aluminum coil or aluminum
foils, and the core material of polyurethane.
