screen. Any parameters can be made.The cross wire space adjustment adopts PLC micro-computer control, set on the touch screen.
2. The line wire and cross wire both pre-cut by rebar straightening
cutting machine. The line wire is feeding to the welding position
by feeding car. The cross wire is feeding by hopper. which is
controlled by the stepping motor. The cross wire hopper can load
1.5tons rebar. Save time and save labor cost.
3. We adopt world famous air cylinder brand to make sure the
machine quality. Have enough welding pressure to weld rebar
firmed.
4. Mesh pulling mechanism: Mitsubishi servo motor supporting planetary reducer drives pneumatic clamping mesh pulling device to ensure the stability of the system and the standard size of the welded mesh.Automatic reciprocating mesh drawing can realize the production of lengthening size mesh.
