The reinforcing mesh welding machine takes the inverter motor as the main power, the cylinder is pressurized, and the inverter runs at zero speed when the upper and lower motor is pressed and welded, and maintains a constant torque of 150% to ensure the pressure on the steel bar during welding. The drawing and feeding parts use servo motor and precision reducer to move back and forth on the linear guide rail and rack track. PLC centralized control touch screen for man-machine communication interface, convenient for users to adjust various data. 1. The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, Mitsubishi or Panasonic PLC program and HMI. The reinforcing mesh welding machine operation is more intelligent and reasonable.

change welding time and cross wire hole mesh size through touch

3. The cross wires are fed from the hopper device automatically and
