All parts of the machine shall regularly remove oil from electrical
appliances, circuits (e. g. transformer, circuit board, etc.) (dust
shall be blown away with compressed air) to keep the contact of
each switch contactor good.The insulation resistance of each 380V
control line measured from 500V to 1000,000 V shall meet the
requirements of the regulations.Measure the low voltage and signal
lines with the 10K resistance gear of the multimeter, and the
chassis housing should not have any leakage phenomenon.

If the machine is not in use for a long period of time, the main power supply should be cut off to ensure safety, cut off the supply of air and water, do anti-rust treatment on the machine, apply anti-rust oil, remove dirt on the upper and lower electrode blocks, keep it clean, apply proper amount of lubricating oil on the mechanical transmission parts such as gears, sprockets, etc., blow off the dust of the fuselage and cover it with plastic film.
Gas supply equipment or water pump should also do corresponding maintenance.
Keep the machine storage place clean, non-corrosive liquid, water, no dangerous goods storage.
