1933是一款电流模式PWM降压DC/DC转换器,内置0.75A电源开关,采用6引脚小型SOT-23封装.3.6V至36V的宽输入范围使LT1933适合调节各种电源,包括未经调节的壁式变压器,24V工业电源和汽车电池.其高工作频率允许使用小型,低成本电感和陶瓷电容,从而产生低且可预测的输出纹波.
逐周期限流可防止输出短路,软启动可消除启动期间的输入电流浪涌.低电流(< 2
A)关断提供输出断开,使电池供电系统的电源管理变得简单.
应用:
■宽输入范围:3.6V至36V
16V至36V输入下600mA时为5V
12V至36V输入,600mA时为3.3V
■5伏,500毫安,6.3伏至36伏输入
■从4.5V至36V输入,500mA时为3.3V
■固定频率500kHz运行
