Installation Instructions :
- Align and fasten the bottom of the charging barrel to the main
body.
- Install the screw into the charging barrel and push it to the end.
- Install the blade into the screw slot ( Blade is outward) .
- Place the blade net into the recess of charging barrel.
- Turn the front cover counterclockwise and resistance ( Do not
over-tighten it ).
- Rotate the button counterclockwise on 90 degree to fix the maker on
top of the table.
- Assemble the rocker.
- Tighten the button to fix the rocker.
- Insert the pushers into the main body.
Fish sausage recipe:
Blade grinder type: Sausage funnel
Ingredients properties: Sausage stuffing
Half of sole fish, half of lemon, starch ( 3 scoops ), shallot,
salt, spice powder.
1. Use food processor to chop sole fish into puree.
2. Add lemon juice and starch to the fish puree. Stir clockwise.
Add shallot, salt and spice powder, stir for 10 minutes.
3. Place sausage funnel casing into the food processor, put the
marinated fish into food processor to fill the sausages.
4. Cook the fish sausages in the oven or steam it.
Tips :
1. Please make sure the table is smooth without water, check
whether the button has turned 90 degree.
2. This product is strictly prohibited for children under 12
years of age. Children over 12 years old should use under parental
supervision.
3. Do not use steel balls or any hard objects to clean the machine.
4. Do not stick your fingers into the charging barrel while shaking
the rocker.
