LTC Compressor adopts screw air end from the best brands in China: HANBELL and BAOSI. With High-precision twin-screw rotor, triple-glazed, less wearing parts, compact structure, large air delivery, high stability.
Screw air end is the heart pad of air compressor, which directly determines the efficiency and service life of the machine. LTC compressor adopts internationally recognized advanced SAP rotor profile, forged steel and German rotor heat treatment processing technology, which has good tensile strength, yield strength, impact toughness and fatigue resistance and other nodular cast iron screw rotors. In comparison the efficiency difference is 15%. which is more obvious after one year of use.

Air compressor is the main body of the air source device. It is a device that converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover (usually an electric motor) into gas pressure energy, and is a pressure generating device for compressing air. Because it is used in a wide range of industries, including textile/electronics/food/petrochemical/chemical/air separation, etc., it is called general machinery.
Air compressor is the basic product of industrial modernization. It is often said that electrical and automation have the meaning of full pneumatic; and air compressor is to provide air source power, which is the main body of the electromechanical air source device of the core equipment of the pneumatic system. It is a device that converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover (usually an electric motor) into gas pressure energy, and is a gas pressure generating device for compressed air.
How long does the air compressor need to be maintained?
1. 500 hours: When the air compressor runs for 500 hours, the oil filter element and air compressor lubricating oil should be changed for the first time after the new machine is used. Remove the air filter for cleaning and blow it out from the inside out with low pressure compressed air. Do not blow air from the outside to the inside to avoid clogging.
2. 2000 hours: When the air compressor runs for 2000 hours, check whether the pipe joints, bolts and terminal screws are loose, and tighten them if any. Replace the "three filters and one oil". Check all solenoid valves and whether the protection differential pressure switches operate normally.
