2 Working principle
1. Servo mainly relies on pulses for positioning. Basically, it can
be understood that when a servo motor receives one pulse, it will
rotate the corresponding angle of one pulse to achieve
displacement. Because the servo motor itself has the function of
emitting pulses, it will emit a corresponding number of pulses for
each angle it rotates. This corresponds to the pulses received by
the servo motor, or is called a closed loop, The system will know
how many pulses are sent to the servo motor and how many pulses are
received back at the same time, so that it can accurately control
the rotation of the motor and achieve precise positioning, which
can reach 0.001mm.
2. AC servo motors are also brushless motors, divided into
synchronous and asynchronous motors. Currently, synchronous motors
are generally used in motion control, and their power range is
large, which can achieve a large power output. Great Habit

low speed and smooth operation.
3. The rotor inside the servo motor is a permanent magnet, and the
U/V/W three-phase electricity controlled by the driver forms an

provides feedback signals to the driver, and the driver compares
the feedback value with the target value to adjust the angle of
rotor rotation. The accuracy of the servo motor is determined by
the accuracy of the encoder (number of lines).

electronics technology, and AC variable speed drive technology,
permanent magnet AC servo drive technology has made outstanding
