Product Introduction


The EA series is one of the new digital readout systems with all in one function develop by Easson. It is a practical, multifunctional optical glass scale digital display for manual machine tools like Milling, Lathe, Boring machine etc.

 

The design is to ensure the fully function and high quality, try to use the most reasonable solution reduce the price to improve product competitiveness.

 

The Autotex is used as the key membrance of EA series, it offer excellent chemical resistance to most commonly used industry solvent and excellent switch life, switch life of expected to be 100,000 times.

 

 

Ultra Low Temperature Rise Transformer

 

Easson all Digital readout power supply use a linear power transformer and power filter, this can help our products pass by the noice immunity and the EMC.

 

To reduce the total heat generation inside the ES DRO in order to obtain long working life. An ultra low temperature rise transformer that construct with very high permeability icron core is used, which effectively bring temperature rise to only about 5℃.

To Make sure all Easson DRO products can be pass the standard EMC standard specification, we have a complete set of EMC test esd immunity tester.

 

Easson DRO have been to conforms to relevant standards for the electromagnetic compatibility ( EMC ) as the details below:

IEC61000-4-4 / GB / T 17799-4: Electrical fast transient burst immunity ( pulse amplitude 2000V )
