Q: Can you provide more details about your warranty policy?
A: Sure! We warrant all battery for 1-2 years from the date of invoice. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period. we warrant our lifepo4 battery pack or cell to be free from manufacturer's defects for 1 year.The customer is responsible for returning the defective product to QH, after repaired or rechanged, QH is responsible for delivering the battery back to the customer.All replaced products or parts will become property of QH.
Q: Is there a charge included?
A: That depends. 2A or 5A or no charger is for your choice .
Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Yes, MOQ for lifepo4 battery cell is 8pcs, MOQ for lifepo4 battery pack is 1pcs.
Q: How can I make the payment?
