Q1: Are you manufacturer?
A: Yes, Our factories located in Guangzhou, China. Customers are
welcome warmly to visit us.
Q2: Could you make OEM&ODM design for me?
A: Yes , we are specialized in OEM/OEM design, we have professional
designer , can offer the design drawing for your approval if you
could share with us your idea.
Q3: How can i get a sample with my logo?
A: Please send us the design documents of logo,sample and logo cost
will be paid by you. Sample cost will be returned after bulk order.
Q4: How do you guarantee the quality of leather belts?
A: Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for
checking details with customers. During the production and packing,
there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the
products in good quality and correct details.
Q5: What's your payment term?
A: The normal payment term is 30% deposit before production, and
70% balance before shipment.
We accept T/T,L/C, Western Union.
Q6:Is sample charges refundable?
A:yes, we will refund your sample cost after your confirm the
order. The cost will reduce on your order amount or refund to your
account immediately.
Q7 :What's the shipping method?
A:According to your requirement :By express way.such as
fedex,dhl,tnt and so on ; by air;by sea. Shipping cost depends on
the shipping ways / product weight and volume and your area .
After delivering goods, we will send you tracking number in time.
