Q1: Are you manufacturer?
A: Yes, Our factories located in Guangzhou, China. Customers are
welcome warmly to visit us.
Q2: Can I get a free sampel?
A: Yeah,sample fee will be refunded to you when you place large
order.
Q3: Could you make OEM&ODM design for me?
A: Yes , we are specialized in OEM/OEM design, we have professional
designer , can offer the design drawing for your approval if you
could share with us your idea.
Q4: How can i get a sample with my logo?
A: Please send us the design documents of logo,sample and logo cost
will be paid by you. Sample cost will be returned after bulk order.
Q5: How do you guarantee the quality of leather belts?
A: Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for
checking details with customers. During the production and packing,
there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the
products in good quality and correct details.
Q6: What's your payment term?
A: The normal payment term is 30% deposit before production, and
70% balance before shipment.
We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union.
Q7:How to place order ?
A: We will make a quotation for you to the belts/buckles you
requested. After we are on the same page on the price, we will
start the samples. Once the sample finished, we will send it to you
by FedEx/UPS. Then you can feedback if the sample needs to be
amended. We will make a preproduction sample for you before the
bulk production as the finial sample. Then we will start the bulk
production for you..
Q8: How about shipment?
A: EMS is our first choice for shipping, If It's acceptable, Pls
make the payment directly on Alibaba. We will ship the goods for
you in time. If you want to ship by other express, Like DHL, UPS,
FedEx. Pls contact us to negotiate the shipping cost.
