Working Principle of AGV transfer cart
The AGV transfer cart magnetic nail guided quipped with an
electromagnetic automatic navigation device, after finished the
computer controlled programming. AGV can auto follow the specified
magnetic nail route, with the rechargeable battery as its power
source, Magnetic nail is fixed on the floor along the pre-set
driving path. Two sensors are installed symmetrically at both ends
of the AGV transfer carts, and 16 sensors points are installed on
the sensors. The degree of deviation from the path is calculated by
the change of the sensor points. The automatic control system can
manage the AGV trolley steering through this deviation, and the
continuous dynamic closed-loop control system can ensure the AGV
vehicle automatically and accurately follow the pre-set path.

This seires AGV cart can be used in many ocassions, Such as industry field(Steel plant/Metallurgy Field); Chemical Industry (Copper Industry); Working Line; logistic field etc. due to its simple structure, wherever in the plant or assembly line,only exists track, and the battery is charged fully, it can transport anywhere.
