About the Steel Billet Transport Battery Transfer Cart is powered by battery, the batteries are installed in the transfer cart. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the transfer cart, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on. It can get rid of the limitation of cables and remote control, which makes the operation more convenient, safe, which can be applied in long distance rail transit system.

The battery transfer cart is mainly applied in assembly line (ring production line, loop production line), metallurgy industry (steel ladle), warehouse transport, ship industry (maintenance, assemble, container transport), workpiece transport in workshop, lathe transport, steel factory (steel billet, steel plate, steel coil, steel pipe, section steel, steel structure), construction (bridge, simple building, concrete, concrete column), petroleum industry (oil pump, sucker rod and parts), energy (polycrystalline silicon, generator, windmill), chemical industry (electrolytic cell, retort etc), railway (rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).
The battery transfer cart is divided into two types: trackless and rail guided. It works differently.
First, the battery is installed inside the transfer cart, and the power supply is supplied to the DC traction motor through the electrical control system.
Secondly, the battery transfer cart has low requirements on the track laying, and can be used in outdoor, curved track and S-type track.
Furthermore, the transfer cart has protection functions such as short circuit, phase loss, power display, under voltage, and over current.
Finally, the operating voltage of the battery transfer cart is 36V safe voltage, the operation mode can be selected with the cart handle and wireless remote control device, and the hydraulic lifting system can also be installed on the table top.
In addition, the trackless battery transfer cart is more convenient to operate, can rotate 360° in all directions, is often used in mechanical processing workshops, flexible and convenient, speed controllable, stable operation, is the preferred electric handling tool for most manufacturers.
