Wovenflex Extra PVC/NBR through-the-weave hoses is designed for water
discharge, and irrigation, construction etc. The construction is
circular polyester weave extruded internally and externally with
PVC-NBR.
It can be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular
woven and completely, protected and locked-in by tough highly
resistant synthetic nitrile rubber, forming a single homogenous
construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type.The
ribbed cover is for flexibility and abrasion resistant.
The features are as follows,
Color: Black, Yellow or Red
Temperature range:--40° to 150°F (-40° to 65°C)
Elongation at WP:<1.5%
Expansion at WP:<5%
Standard Length: 50ft, 100ft, 300ft, 330ft, 20m, 30m, 91.5m, 100m etc.
Inner tube and cover: PVC/NBR compound, smooth cover, both tube and cover are co-extruded
to obtain maximum bending.
Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket
