I.General introduction of machine

The machine can process shaft and disc parts, turning threads, arcs, conical and rotating body surface inside and outside, rotating body parts for high efficiency, mass and high precision processing. In the design of the spindle, bed, tailstock and other parts of the stiffness of a reasonable match, greatly improve the rigidity of the machine, to ensure the stability of re-cutting. Therefore, the precision of the machine can reach IT6 ~ IT7. As a universal machine tool, it is especially suitable for high-efficiency, high-volume and high-precision processing of rotary parts in automobile, motor, bearing, hydraulic and other industries.

 

II.Main structure and technical features

1.Lathe bed

This series machine adopts the integral bed with 45° bevel Angle, which makes the cutting force more stable. The bed is made of high density cast iron with high strength and good shock absorption. Increased chip discharge port design, to ensure smooth cutting machine. Guide rail adopts 35 specifications precision linear guide rail, high feeding accuracy, small friction resistance, good rigidity, vibration resistance, high deformation ability, users to obtain higher processing accuracy and faster moving speed, production efficiency.

 

2.Two axis feed

X axis and Z axis are driven by servo motor and directly connected with ball screw through elastic coupling.

Rolling guide rail is used for two axis guide, the guide is four-direction load type, high precision and large load, separated by the cage between the ball, in order to reduce the friction resistance and temperature rise, thermal deformation, so as to greatly improve the processing accuracy, fast moving speed and production efficiency. Its outstanding advantages are small volume, high precision and low maintenance cost, it is the first choice for users who pursue high precision and cost-effective configuration, especially suitable for automobile, bearing and other industries where the size consistency of parts is very high.

 

3.Spindle box

This series of machine are single spindle headstock, the motor directly drives the spindle rotation through the belt wheel, reducing the power loss of mechanical transmission, fast and stable start. The integral spindle structure size is optimized to meet high rigidity and high speed. Through careful assembly to make the spindle to achieve the most ideal precision, with low temperature rise, small thermal deformation, high precision characteristics, so that the spindle in long-term work to maintain the spindle axis relatively stable. Special spindle encoder cancels synchronous belt drive mechanism and effectively reduces the failure rate.

5.Chuck cylinders

The standard chuck of this machine is hydraulic chuck. The chucks can be easily replaced with all kinds of fixture, fast adaptability, can meet the requirements of users processing a variety of parts. Also optional hydraulic chuck and cylinder of other specifications.

 

6.Bed saddle and skateboard

The bed saddle of this machine is made of high density cast iron. The slide plate and knife rest are placed on the bed saddle. Imported 35 specifications linear guide rail is adopted for slide plate and tool rest to move on bed saddle. The movement in X axis direction is driven by servo motor through elastic coupling and ball screw. Imported high-precision ball screw is selected for lead screw, with high precision and accurate transmission.

 

7.Tool rest

The standard tool rest of this lathe adopts servo tool rest. The tool rest adopts servo motor to drive the position and hydraulic lock, which can meet the requirements of high performance and fast tool change. The tool rest can realize bidirectional and nearby knife selection. By using servo motor technology to control the acceleration and deceleration process, the tool rest can still complete the flexible indexing positioning without impact under high inertial load. High precision triple tooth disc structure, hydraulic drive, so that the cutter disc without lifting the case to achieve loose lock, effectively protect the internal mechanical structure from external pollution (coolant, iron filings, dust, etc.). The triplet tooth plate is made of high-hardness alloy steel by precision grinding, with large size and high locking force to ensure the high rigidity and precision of the tool rest. The tool rest has the advantages of precision manufacturing, small number of parts, reasonable design, low working temperature and durable lubrication, which ensure its accuracy and reliability in the use process.

 

8.Tailstock

The top is fixed in the tail seat body top sleeve, through the back of the hydraulic cylinder to push the sleeve top forward, sliding guide rail below, the whole tail body position can be dragged by the bed saddle before and after coarse adjustment.

 

9.Hydraulic and lubrication system

The hydraulic tank for the hydraulic system is placed behind the bed. Hydraulic compact structure, easy installation. The pressure of each executing cylinder of the hydraulic system can be adjusted separately and there is a pressure protection device. Standard configuration with centralized quantitative automatic lubrication system.

 

10.Cooling and chip removal system

The machine is equipped with a standard chip box, according to the different material of the workpiece, can choose the chip discharge device. The type of chip discharge is chain type chip discharge, scraper or magnetic scraper chip discharge. Chain plate chip separator is suitable for collecting and conveying all kinds of roll, lump and block chips; Scraper chip discharge device is suitable for conveying copper, aluminum, cast iron and other debris; Magnetic scraper chip separator is mainly used for conveying cast iron chips with length less than 150 mm in wet processing. Chip discharge device is automatic chip discharge, can be controlled by M instruction chip discharge device start and stop.

The cooling box and chip removal device are separated from the main machine to ensure that the accuracy of the machine is not affected by cutting heat. Adopt imported large flow and high head cooling pump, cooling water is directly connected with the cooling water outlet on the tool rest after being led out by the cooling pump, and spewed out through the tool clip nozzle, to provide cooling and lubrication for parts and tools, so as to ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece and improve the service life of the tool. In addition, according to the user's requirements for the layout of the machine tool, the chip extractor can choose side type or rear type.

 

11.Electrical system

11.1 Machine electrical system

The electrical design of the machine conforms to GB/T 5226.1-2019 electrical standard. The power circuit of the circuit is protected by overcurrent and short circuit, and the related actions of the machine are interlocked accordingly to ensure equipment and personal safety. The electrical system has self-diagnosis function, operation and maintenance personnel can observe the running state of each part of the machine at any time according to the indicator light and display. The main electrical components are chinese-foreign cooperation products or domestic well-known products, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of machine tools.

 

11.2 Electric box

Using a closed X-type electric box, the electric box is heat-dissipating, ensuring the normal operation of the electrical equipment. The electric box uses the groove plate wiring structure, the component arrangement and the wiring are reasonable, neat, beautiful, and easy to repair. Reserve a certain space in the electrical box for expansion.

11.4 safety protection

The machine has alarm device and an emergency stop button to prevent various bursts from causing damage to the machine. Due to the reasonable design of the software, the alarm can display text and alarms through the display.
