1. The lathe bed
The turning center for machine, electric, hydraulic integration
layout, compact structure, easy to operate. The whole cast 45º
inclined bed has enough rigidity, compact structure and reasonable
force. The front side of the machine tool is a high rigid sliding
rectangular guide and the back side is a rolling linear guide, so
that the machine tool can realize heavy load processing capacity
and processing accuracy are improved. The bed also has good chip
removal and operability.
2. The spindle box
The main shaft of the machine adopts the structure of two gears,
which improves the output torque of the main shaft.
The main shaft adopts the configuration structure of high precision
bearing and super precision cylindrical roller bearing. All gears
are made of high quality alloy steel, the surface is high frequency
hardened and grinded to grade 6 accuracy, important gears up to
grade 5 accuracy
