QCF cnc fiber laser marking machines are suitable for automatically processing ( like production line, automatically filling line ) via computer operating . Using no harsh chemicals during the process. No need water chiller to cool, small size, small occupation, can be easily carried away or installed in many places.
1). Wide range: professionally be used on almost all metals ,including stainless steel ,aluminium, copper ,iron and others.
2). Permanent marking: Laser marking is a permanent marking. It won’t fade, run or become less discernible as time passes like traditional marking including ink jet, hand engraving, dot-peen marking.
3). Long service time: Fiber laser model has a over 100,000 hours working life. Almost no maintenance during this period.
4). Easy to operate: Support almost any windows-based software like Coreldraw, AutoCAD, Photoshop. No need to adjust Q-switch easier than YAG diode marking machine.
5). High precision: 0.003mm re-position accuracy. Minimum line width 0.01mm.
6). Non-contact process: Won’t cause mechanical extrusion or mechanical stress to materials. Laser beam won’t move the work piece.

Q2: How to operate and set up parameters of the machine?
A2:
1. The operation manual and video will be sent to you with your machine, and we ll make complete step by step operating videos with your machine when delivery.
2. If you still can not operate it by watching the video, we ll show you via skype / teamviewer / wechat, and most of our customers can operate the machine well within 3 days.
3. We ll install the controlling system EZCAD and adjust all parameters well in EZCAD on your computer when we make your operating video when delivery , so when you receive the machine, you can work at once.
3. Different markers have different parameters, and even different field lens on same machine ll have different parameters, we save the corresponding parameters (screenshots) on the desktop of your computer. If you do not order computer from us, we ll send the installing software EZCAD and your parameters on Udisk with your machine.
Q3: What is the software system?
A3:
1. Our QCF machines can support common types of image files (bmp, jpg, jpeg, gif, tga, png, tif…) and vector files(ai, dxf, dst, plt…).
2. You can make simple images in our controlling system EZCAD, because EZCAD itself has very humanized drawing tools bar such as node, curve, line, rectangle,circle, ellipse, polygon, text,barcode and other common commands.
3. If you need more complicated images to mark, you need to use professional graphic design software, such as AI, Photoshop, CORELDRAW, CAD , and get the files with the formats we listed in NO1, imput the files into EZCAD,then you can choose different hatch / marking tpye and marking power ,speed to mark, and your marking ll be finished.
Q4: Is this machine has quickly-wear part?
