This kind of hot press primarily refers to the special multilayer press,it is not noly has all the advances of the normally multilayer press ,but also can with the function of heating oil cold in and cold out,and it is mainly used for high glossy board in currently marcket.Multilayer press is mainly used for laminating melamine décor paper on wood based panels(density board, particle board, ecological board, multi-layer board),It can also be used for forming and veneering of door panels. The number of layers is customized according to customers,usually from 4 to 12. Special multilayer press has cold in and cold out function. Multi layer press without automatic feeding system. When using multilayer press to press MDF door panel, the plate is usually about 3 to 5mm, and special softening treatment is needed before hot pressing.

series single-layer/ multi-layer press is suitable for the melamine door skin and natural wood veneering and mold forming, adopt spring type synchronous closing device, stop in any position according to the production process (i.e., limit control), and the residence time is adjustable. The pressure and press holding time are adjusted automatically.
