producing process
Our packing
We have 2 designers, 10 develop employees. New design will launch
every week. OEM service is available. We also can produce you own
design base on your original sample or draft.
We are strong in develop printing, embroidery and beading.
Order quantity is flexible to meet your budget.
The products always do 5 inspections throught whole production.
1, Shrink and check the fabric before cutting, find out the damage
and make sure the clothes shape won't shrink when sewing.
2, After cut fabric, check the cut-parts before sewing.
3, QC check semi- finished products when sewing.
4. Clean the thread and check if there is any damage during sewing.
5, Finally, we check measurements after iron. Than pack them as
client's requirement.

FAQ
1. Can you do the design for us?
Yes, your own designs/sketches/pictures are acceptable. OEM &
ODM provided.
2. How can I confirm for making bulk?
Sample made as your request and send to you for approval,After
confirming all details then arrange production.
3: How can I get a sample from you to check quality and tailor
time?
You can give us your design details ,and then we will offer sample
as your specification,or you can send us samples and we can make a
counter sample for you.
Usually sample time needs about 7-15days
4: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity) of products?
Our minimum order quantity is 10pcs for per design.
5: What about your trade and Payment Terms of clothing?
30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing by
western union or bank transfer,accepted T/T, B/L and other way Can
be negotiated.
6: How is your packing of clothing?
1pcs/poly bag , or as you required .
7: What about your delivery time of clothing? Can we receive our
goods on time ?
Usually around 30-45days after order confirmed.Exact delivery time
depends on order quantity.
