Convenient Operation Cold Bend impact Testing Machine for wire

Introduction:

 
This tester is specialized in testing the impact and bending of the variable wires under low-temperature condition .If the cross -sectional area of conductor is less than 100 mm2, then specimen must be put into testing chamber for freezing for one hour , after that immediately rolls specimen around the specified rod in a uniform speed .
Otherwise , for the cross - sectional area over 100 mm2 ,roll the specimen before hand and put into chamber for freezing one hour .
Afterwards , immediately roll specimen around the rod in reverse direction .
Finally , take out of specimen for checking whether its surface has crack or fissure or not.
