Intelligent tensile testing system controlled by medical computer
Product introduction:
Equipment Overview: it is mainly suitable for testing and analyzing
mechanical properties of metal, nonmetal and composite materials
with test load less than 1kn. With three closed-loop control modes
of stress, strain and displacement, the maximum force, tensile
strength, bending strength, compressive strength, modulus of
elasticity, elongation at break and yield strength can be obtained.
According to GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other international
standards, test and provide test data. The test data curve can be
superimposed, analyzed, stored, printed, plotted, and a complete
report sheet can be printed for process adjustment and production
control. It meets the requirements of GB / t16491-2008 electronic
universal testing machine. Modern industrial design and ergonomics
are fully considered in the structure of the machine. The shell
adopts alloy frame structure to enhance the stiffness coefficient
and double-layer metal baking paint on the surface, so as to
prolong the service life of the main engine and beautify the
appearance. The upper and lower space can be applied.
Five products can be tested at the same time;
Tensile test range: 0.500n, error no more than ± 0.01N, resolution
0.001N;
Tension setting range: 0 ~ 500N, error not more than ± 0.01N;
Force measurement accuracy: within 0.5% of indicated value;
Stroke: ≥ 1000mm
