2 Channels Ultrasonic Cross-Hole Pile Testing System
Applications:
It is specially designed to detect the completeness of foundation piles by acoustic-transmission method. The two probes, one is transmitter, one is receiver. It will test two sonic tubes with one section. This way is much more suitable for the small cast-in-place pile testing work which has two sonic tubes or three sonic tubes. The instrument also have the other functions except the crosshole pile testing work, such as concrete strength testing, concrete crack depth testing and concrete defect testing.

Features:
1. A hoist can simultaneously accomplish the measurement of six sections, with 4 grades adjusting the hoisting speed. The hoisting speed is up to 60m/min.
2. High-performance industrial ARM processor has a dominant frequency up to 1 GHz. ARM Cortex A8.
3. The system works more steadily and the power can be directly turned off after saving the data when the measurement is accomplished. The battery life can last above 8 hours.
4. The transmit-receive radial probe is combined with pre-posed amplification techniques, is perfectly solving such industry complexities as dimness and difficult interpretation of first wave. The size of transducer is small, with 25mm diameter and 20cm length. The measurement span of concrete is up to 8m.
5. The wire spool of radial transducer employs a high-level steel frame, which is sturdy and durable and not easy to deformation. Six colors cables are available for free choice.
6. Original iteration interpretation can automatically make the accuracy of first wave interpretation up to 99% under complex conditions.
