Scope of application
ZGH Best Quality Low Cost High Speed Shear Mixeris a new pelletizing process adopted by pharmaceutical, food and
feed industries in China in the 1990s. It integrates mixing and
granulation. Its greatest advantage is fast granulation speed and
good effect. It is widely used in the following industries: 1. The
tablet production in pharmaceutical industry can provide ideal
granular raw materials for tablet pressing process. 2. Granulation
of food industry: such as chemical condiments, dairy products,
spices, sour ingredients, food additives, food pigments, etc. 3.
Feed granulation: such as feed additives, fish feed, livestock
feed.
Working principle:
① The raw materials are added into the cylinder at one time, and
after the mixing slurry is dry mixed, the speed of the mixing
slurry is changed to make the material move into eddy current; by
changing the speed of the cutting knife, the soft material prepared
by mixing can be chopped into particles of the required size. ② The
rotation speed of the mixing slurry and the granulator can make the
material move in three dimensions, and the particles will collide,
friction and shear, so that the friction is uniform and fine.
Finally, stable spherical particles are formed. The mixing time,
the speed of mixing slurry and granulating knife, the granulation
quality and uniformity after drying can fully meet the requirements
of solid preparation production process. ③ The mixing granulation
process is carried out in a closed state, and no foreign matters
fall, which is clean and sanitary, and fully meets the requirements
of GMP.
Equipment performance:

multiple kinds of materials granulation.
Structural features:
① 304 stainless steel is used for the part directly contacting with
the material, and the sealing element is made of silica gel with
stable performance and non-toxic. No chemical change with the drug,
no corrosion, no absorption of drug material. ② The upper part of
the granulating cylinder is a conical cylinder, and the bottom part
of the cylinder body is processed by a whole board lathe. The
transition points of the cylinder surface are arc shaped, which is
easy to clean and has no dead zone for cleaning. At the same time,
the granulating cylinder is welded by argon arc welding, and the
internal and external parts are subject to polishing treatment,
especially the internal surface is polished, and the surface
roughness is raso.8um, so as to ensure that the materials will not
stick to the wall. ③ The inlet and outlet of pelletizing cylinder
is of quick opening structure. There is no dead zone between the
flange and the barrel body. The cover can be easily disassembled
and opened. The gasket between the inlet and the cover is sanitary
silicone rubber, which is easy to replace. The structure of the
inlet and the cover has corresponding air tightness. The discharge
port of the cylinder body is equipped with an electrically
controlled pneumatic discharge valve. The sealing gasket of the
valve plate is sanitary silicone rubber. The surface of the
discharge channel is smooth, easy to clean, and there is no dead
angle for cleaning. ④ The mixing slurry is stirred by down rotating
type, and its welding adopts argon arc welding, and all of them are
polished. The strength of the joint between the impeller and the
shaft sleeve has increased enough to overcome the instantaneous
torque. In addition, the distance between the bottom of the pot and
the bottom of the mixing slurry is less than 1 mm to solve the
problem of material accumulation at the bottom of the pot. At the
same time, the chopper adopts the side mounted type, which makes it
convenient to change the blades, and there is no cleaning dead zone
in the detachable components of the cutter. Among them, the mixing
drive shaft and the cylinder are sealed reliably, and no powder
enters.
Program description
Operation interface: 1. Manual operation sequence: material cover
closedmixed cutting; discharge (can be operated separately), air
seal (can be operated independently), and mixing inching (can be
operated separately) 2. Automatic operation sequence: press the
"auto" on button, and the program action "mixed cutting stop". The
delay time of each action can be set in the "automatic sequence".
